Made of prefabricated pannels made a 6 floors ringhouse for up to 70 persons
With the same principles of using just renewables like industrial hemp and recycled materials, the construction of this high ringhouse uses the proconstruction of pannel elements, which get mounted on site to boxes and the boxes to the ring and tower on site. Again these houses provide safe and healthy living even in hot areas: The climatisation takes place by natural ventilation, protection against heat and sun is given with climbing plants creating a curtain in front of the balconies , energy comes from the photovoltaic on the roof, main part of the water by collecting the rain, sewage water treatment on site in a microbacterial tank in the garden. Composting from organic waste becoming the soil for gardening even on the various floors and first part of self-sufficient supply, autonous and resilient existence and life in the solidaric and peaceful community of several houses and urban green and climate adopted quarters and city districts. |
